Project description:

Element commissioned Delmeco Raadgevend Ingenieursbureau B.V. to design a climate box that can be used to create certain temperature conditions during the performance of particular material tests. These temperatures range from a minimum temperature of -180°C to a maximum temperature of +250°C. This casing will be mounted on an existing machine.  

Also an operating trolley was designed to operate the climate box.  

 

Delmeco Projecten B.V. produced, tested and delivered this climate box and the corresponding operating trolley.  

 

For the disciplines mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation the order comprised:

  • The design, engineering and drawing of the climate box and operating trolley;
  • Manufacturing of the climate box and operating trolley;
  • Performing a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at Delmeco;
  • On-site installation and start-up;
  • Performing a SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

 For this project Delmeco is responsible for the turn-key delivery of the climate box and the operating trolley, for all disciplines, from design to realisation.
