Project information
Project description:
For the Dordrecht branch, Delmeco replaced 18 Danfoss frequency controls (16 4kW to 30kW controls and an additional two high power units of 315kW to 400kW) for the installation of the sludge incinerator.
In the fields of electrical engineering and automation the assignment comprised:
- The execution of detail engineering;
- Designing the controls of the frequency control;
- Delivering and installing of all frequency controls;
- Constructing frequency control panels;
- On-site modification of panels;
- Testing and starting up the entire installation;
- Running a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for the frequency control panels;
- Running a SAT (Site Acceptance Test) on location at HVC for the entire installation.
For this project, it was Delmeco’s responsibility to complete the sludge incinerator and deliver it turn-key and operating. Delmeco Projecten activated the entire installation as Danfoss Solution Partner.
