As part of the expansion of the second terminal (VTF2), Delmeco designed, supplied, and fully commissioned a new transformer substation on behalf of Vesta Terminal Flushing B.V. This upgrade enables Vesta to meet the increasing energy demand within the terminal.

Scope of work:

  • Design and engineering of the transformer substation

  • Supply and installation of a transformer substation with a 1250 kVA transformer

  • Installation of a medium-voltage switchboard

  • Supply and connection of a low-voltage distribution panel

  • Installation of a no-break system (UPS) for the E&I installation

  • Construction of the earthing system

  • Connection and commissioning of the entire transformer substation

Delmeco was responsible for the full turn-key delivery of the transformer substation.

Vesta Terminal Flushing B.V. is a tank terminal with three locations in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. The company specializes in the storage and transshipment of a wide range of petroleum products and biofuels.
